During the 10 weeks Law Clerks spend with Mousilli Legal Group, they will gain hands-on experience in Intellectual Property, Corporate & Technology Transactions and Disputes.

Representative Experiences include

• Analyzing the results of trademark clearance searches and prepare opinion letters
• Supporting negotiations related to technology transactions including product launches, strategic acquisitions and exits
• Following the lifecycle of a licensing program from the deal terms to licensee oversight to enforcement
• Presenting on a legal marketing topic of your choice
