Anthony Choueifati serves as Senior Counsel at Mousilli Legal Group.
Anthony Choueifati earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2002 and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2005. Over the course of more than 19 years, Anthony has advised clients in a broad range of areas, including business entity formation, complex partnership agreements, contract drafting and negotiation, estate planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He has represented clients in transactions exceeding $1 billion in aggregate value and provides sophisticated estate planning services for high-net-worth individuals.
Anthony values developing long-term relationships with his clients, many of whom are business owners across diverse industries. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two children.
